We have a standard nationwide shipping fee of R100 or free on all orders over R650- except during SALE period.If you have purchased items where we donate the money then please note free shipping does not apply.
Adorenia will do everything we can on our side to ensure you receive your purchase efficiently and in great condition.
However, once your package leaves us, its care is out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any damages to your items, late or lost deliveries.
Delivery time is dependent on your delivery address, for example JHB delivery is faster than outlaying regions like CPT or a different province within South Africa.
For national deliveries we use Fastway and for outlying deliveries we use Courier Guy. For deliveries within near radius of Johannesburg alternative courier options can be implemented on arrangement prior to completion of order. Please contact us on whatsapp to find out more about this option.
We DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses.
We use a door to door delivery service which can take up to three weeks from order. Please note this service only works on business days. If the order is made on the weekend or a public holiday, the order will be sent out on the next working day. If items are out of stock at the time of order we will notify you about his and arrange a refund.
EFT/ bank deposit orders will only be shipped out once your payment reflects in our account.
