Returns & Exchanges

We at Adorenia understand how important it is to have the perfect purchase, it is important to love what you buy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Adorenia purchase, you can return it within 7 days of it being delivered and provided it was not purchased on sale. Please note that there is no shipping fee refund.


The following conditions must be met for returns:

1. The Jewellrey or Awesome Skin the Pharmacist product must not be worn or used.

2.The original packaging needs to be included, including the box and pouch.

3. Contact us within 5 working days of receipt of package via email or whatsapp with your order number, so that we may process  your return timeously.

4. Return shipping on undamaged products must be paid for by the customer.

5. Refunds reflected for your returned product, exclude the shipping cost incurred (R100), even if shipping was free.

6. For safety and hygiene purposes, earings may not be returned.

7. There are no returns on sale itmes or customised Jewellery.


Adorenia inspects all products for defects, damage and discoloration prior to shipment. Please note that Jewelry regardless of quality it is fragile, so kindly assess severity before contacting us. If your items get damaged whilst in your use Adorenia is not liable to replace or refund it.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please email or whatsapp as soon as possible (i.e. at least 48 hours after placing the order). This does not guarantee a cancellation, however if the order has not been processed we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.
